Dumbbell Workouts At Home

I am used to workout with dumbbells, done it already decades. In my home gym here are four pairs of dumbbell bars and lots of plates for them. That’s why I recommend dumbbell workouts at home for you.

Dumbbells Advantages

If you chose iron plates to your dumbbell bars, they last a very long time. I have some plates, which are bought in the 1970s, about 45 years ago. So, they are very inexpensive purchases.
Dumbbells do not need as much space as workout stations (machines).
When you have at least two pairs (four bars) of adjustable dumbbells, it is possible to load them already before workout. Then you can train with a bigger intensity.
It is safety to use dumbbells, when you do exercises properly.
